By upgrading to Microsoft’s Skype for Business platform, the University of London eliminated the risks of unsupported legacy software while gaining a secure, resilient, and cloud-connected communications system with guaranteed data availability.

The solution enabled hot-desking, remote working, and HD-enabled virtual collaboration, empowering staff to work more effectively from any location. Unified Communications features like Auto Attendant, Call Queues, and Broadcast Meetings also improved operational efficiency.
