The outcome

Find out how our expertise could transform your organisation.

Improved staff communication and collaboration

The introduction of instant messaging, presence indicators, and high-bandwidth infrastructure enhances internal communication. This enables faster decision-making, real-time availability checks, and effective collaboration across clinical teams.

Enhanced patient care and clinical efficiency

Upgraded Wi-Fi and network infrastructure allow bedside access to digital imaging like X-rays and MRI scans, enabling quicker diagnoses and treatment. The ability to e-prescribe and access patient records at the point of care supports better, faster outcomes.

Increased operational efficiency and asset tracking

The deployment of RFID technology improves equipment management by enabling staff to locate critical assets quickly. This reduces delays in treatment and optimises the use of hospital resources.

Better patient and guest experience

Expanded wireless coverage and new patient-facing digital services, such as self-service admissions and Wi-Fi access, enhance the overall hospital experience and streamline administrative processes.

What UHNM has to say...

"At the Trust, we treat our working relationships as true partnerships and not just as contractually defined arrangements. Everything about the relationship between the Trust and Nasstar is very positive, from their appreciation of our ongoing needs and long-term vision to the speed with which they resolve issues as they arise, which is infrequent."
