Did you know that women occupy only 22% of all tech roles across European companies?*
The underrepresentation of women in tech is not a new topic, but here at Nasstar, it is one we feel passionately about addressing.
Creating a diverse team and an inclusive environment that advances the progression of women in the IT industry is a key objective for the Nasstar Group.
We’re committed to ensuring that by 2030, 40% of our workforce are female, with a medium-term target of 30% by 2025.
To support this commitment, our Women in Tech Employee Resource Group (ERG) has done some incredible work since its inception in 2022, driving forward a set of key objectives, from early careers, wellbeing, allyship, and perimenopause/menopause support.
