Nasstar is delighted to have been recognised by Microsoft for its Azure-related expertise for ‘Data & AI’ as well as ‘Infrastructure’. The award of the designations is in two of the three categories Microsoft stipulates within its ‘solutions partner for all Azure areas’.

The ‘Data & AI’ designation highlights a partner’s skills managing customer data across multiple systems to build analytics and AI solutions. Relevant activities which contribute to this designation include migrating data to cloud-based warehouses and enabling cloud-based analytics solutions. The receipt of this designation also reflects the recent expansion of Nasstar’s cloud-enabled data engineering capabilities following the acquisition of Colibri Digital in February 2023.

The ‘Infrastructure’ designation is awarded to partners which can demonstrate a broad capability to help customers accelerate the migration of key infrastructure workloads to Azure.

To be awarded both designations involves a rigorous process including assessment of Nasstar employees as well as the overall company performance as a Microsoft partner. Specifically, Nasstar was required to demonstrate a capability score assessed against ‘performance’, ‘skilling’ and ‘customer success’. The latter included tracking against usage growth success for new deployments as well as assessment of process related to onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Paul Cosgrave, CEO at Nasstar comments: “Cloud, Data and AI are key focus areas for Nasstar and the award of these two designations align exactly to where we are seeing high growth with Microsoft. These new designations are evidence of the vast capability expertise that Nasstar has across the entire Microsoft stack and demonstrates our ability to help our customers capitalise further within this rapidly changing and exciting space.”
