Ryan brings over 16 years of experience in technology innovation and transformation, helping organisations modernise the way they connect and operate. With a background spanning digital change, enterprise networking, and secure infrastructure, he’s known for turning complex ambitions into practical, scalable outcomes grounded in real-world understanding.

As an Account Director specialising in Secure Networks (SASE, SD WAN, and next-generation connectivity), Ryan partners closely with major retail customers to guide their shift toward secure, cloud-centric architectures. He focuses on the pressures unique to retail, from multi-site connectivity to in-store performance, helping brands strengthen security, improve reliability, and stay ahead of evolving threats.

Outside of work, Ryan is a proud father of two daughters and someone whose life is powered by music. When he’s not at a live gig soaking up the energy of a crowd, he’s playing guitar in a band and keeping the creative spark alive. And when the world isn’t loud or fast - unlike sales or music - you’ll often find him outdoors, fishing and enjoying the quiet balance that nature brings.
