Ribbon Voice Platform Upgrade FAQs

This upgrade applies to IP voice services delivered using Nasstar’s on-net voice platforms, including services currently provided via Metaswitch and Genband technologies. We plan to begin migrating services delivered via our Metaswitch platform from July, with Genband migrations to follow at a later date.

There is no action required at this time. We will contact affected customers with further details once their services have been scheduled for migration.
