Myriad receives recognition at the CNAs

NASSTAR RETURNS VICTORIOUS FROM THE COMMS NATIONAL AWARDS WITH THE AWARD FOR BEST CALL MANAGEMENT SOLUTION

 

Collecting the prize at London's glamorous Hilton Park Lane, Iain Shearman, Nasstar's Business Managing Director said: " It's a phenomenal achievement at such an important event for our industry. This award is testament to all the hard work from the team at Nasstar who never fail to pull out all the stops for our customers".

Nasstar was up against stiff competition as Best Call Management Solution but won out thanks to the continued focus and investment into the Myriad platform. Judges celebrated Nasstar for its in-depth functionality, easy-to-use interface, comprehensive feature set and APIs to support customisation:

"Nasstar's entry stood out as it was channel focused and gave a complete overview of how Nasstar is helping resellers customise Myriad and upskill their teams to successfully win customers and sell the solution. Myriad's scalability and the ability for resellers to add value to the solution via personalised service wraps was a big point scorer. Also, the fact that Nasstar has created an API to enable reseller partners to create their own version of this powerful call management tool via their own control panel was a key factor in securing the award."

Hosted by James Nesbitt, the Comms National Award is the ICT channel's most respected and coveted awards programme. Comprising reseller/solution provider and vendor categories, the awards are independently judged by a panel of industry experts whose experience covers resellers, trade associations, vendors, consultants and trade press.
