Ash Ward joined Nasstar in 2020 and leads our Communications Capability, bringing deep expertise in Microsoft Teams Phone, Contact Centre solutions, and Unified Communications. As UC Comms Capability Lead, Ash shapes strategy, supports presales, and drives technical delivery, helping customers transition from legacy telephony to modern cloud-based platforms.

With extensive experience across Teams Phone migrations and enterprise communications, Ash offers both technical insight and commercial awareness to ensure transformation projects deliver real business value. He is particularly focused on how cloud, AI, and next-generation collaboration tools are shaping the future of enterprise communications.

Outside of work, Ash enjoys staying active, exploring new ideas, and spending quality time with family.
