Pinnacle Staffing Group plc
Pinnacle Staffing Group are one of the UK's leading suppliers of temporary and permanent healthcare staff, and have adopted Nasstar Hosted Desktop to replace its current locally-installed computer system. With large numbers of staff spread across over 30 offices, Nasstar Hosted Desktop means that they can work from anywhere with access to their computer and company files over the internet. This approach removes the need for complex networking and data sharing technologies as well as removing the burden of installing and maintaining local computers which is both costly and time consuming."
"Nasstar's service enables us to provide all our staff with the latest enterprise technology accessible not only from any of our office locations but also from home." Jacqui Skinner, Chief Executive
easyGroup

"We are always looking to drive down cost and do things better - with Nasstar we can do just this. Nasstar's services will allow us to concentrate on managing our businesses rather than our IT. Nasstar reflects our core values of innovation, accessibility and great value." Stelios, Serial Entrepreneur
Howards Group
Howards Group is an established, successful and multidiscipline property services business and has adopted Nasstar Hosted Desktop. The MMBL division offers chartered surveyor, consultancy and project management facilities while a full range of complementary estate agency services are provided to Norfolk and North Suffolk under the leading brand of Howards Estate Agents.
“We had to become more nimble at Howards to be able to grow successfully in the estate agency business in Norfolk and North Suffolk. With some 48 other property service companies in the area, all contending for revenues in a tough marketplace, competition was becoming increasingly aggressive. That’s why, for the past three years, we have been working with the team at Nasstar who have really helped us to ‘think out of the box’ about IT, applications and how they fit into our future plans.” Martin Cunningham, Chief Executive
PAGeotechnical Ltd
Since our company transferred to nasstar, I have found the speed and accessibility of a much greater standard than our previous supplier.

The service has always been reliable and have particularly found the email filter most efficient. Bray Leino The service has been excellent so far, with the only issue I’ve had, yesterday, being sorted very promptly and politely. We are very pleased with our hosted desktop. It allows our personnel to be truly mobile. Linked up with a Sony Vaio WWan enabled laptop and a 3G data sim (embedded of course none of that dongle business) we can fire up and go from just about anywhere. If connection is weak then Ethernet cables or wifi hotspots are just the business. Our business recovery strategy? Fire up any laptop from anywhere and carry on working! LAPN Our growing company and short life offices meant we are simply not in the business of setting up a server, maintaining it, worrying about patching software, fighting off viruses and going off line every time a hard drive wants to be temperamental. Instead we fire up and go. The system also allows for users to be individuals. So that the (ahem Mac fanboys) can use their overpriced Macs without any worries about conflicts or problems. We have instant “blackberry style” email working on Iphones, Nokias and Windows Mobile smart phones – again allowing our people to stick with the technology they prefer. Problems with our wired supplier meant that I recently moved everyone on too a single BT Broadband connection, to do that with a wired server would have been a nightmare. We must move offices in about a year – the only forward planning we need amounts to making sure there is a BT Broadband Connection at the new office. Wires – no worries we can just use WiFI. Delays? No worry we can use our 3G data cards. So we are happy. We are very pleased with our hosted desktop. It allows our personnel to be truly mobile.
