Grant of options
Nasstar plc, the hosted desktop cloud computing provider, announces that its Remuneration Committee has authorised the award of options under the Nasstar plc Share Option Scheme. Options over a total of 700,000 ordinary shares have been granted, representing 2.19% of the current issued share capital of the Company. Of these, 200,000 options are for staff and 500,000 for directors. The options have an exercise price of 10p which is based on the closing mid-market price on 21 December 2009 and are exercisable at any time between the second and tenth anniversaries of the date the options were granted, being 22 December 2009.
The grant of options to directors and their current share options are as follows:-
